At 1051 GWR we are proud to be offering food from some of Scotland’s finest suppliers – our fish is selected daily by our supplier directly from Scotland’s coastal fishing ports and our beef is reared locally and dry aged for a minimum of 21 days.  Our fruit and vegetables are local and seasonal and our dairy produce is supplied by one of Scotland’s oldest dairy farmers, who boast 5 generations of family farming.


Our experienced head chef Steven Caputa, along with his kitchen team, is skilled at taking these great products and designing dishes that allow the quality of the raw materials to shine through.
